The information gathered by Bowman Finance from and/or about you will be used primarily for the purpose of executing a mortgage or mortgage related service on your behalf.  Your personal information may be shared with certain persons/agencies as necessary to facilitate the completion of services requested by you or as permitted by law.  

Delineated below are parties that may be granted access to your personal information:

  • Employees of Bowman Finance for the purpose of granting you a mortgage
  • Certain third party agencies for the purpose of granting you a mortgage
  • Internal and external auditors for the purpose of quality control and/or customer analysis
  • Lenders to whom we submit your application and personal information for the purpose of granting you a mortgage
  • Agencies affiliated with Bowman Finance
Your information will be managed under the guidelines outlined above even after you are no longer an active customer of Bowman Finance.

Confidentiality and Security

We will use our best efforts to make sure that your information is only accessible to authorized parties.  We train our employees and agents to handle your information responsibly. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal standards to protect your personal information.
